I had the best 90min prenatal massage with Jaimison. He offered to do a face down massage or have me laying in my side. I opted for the face down pillow and I am glad I went for that! I am 38 weeks pregnant and felt so relaxed once I was done. Will definitely be coming back post natal!

Impulsively made an appointment for the next morning- an hour long deep tissue massage. Joseph was wonderful and I left feeling so refreshed! The space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Heavily recommend giving them a try. I can't wait to go back.

I recently had the best massage! From the moment I walked into the room, I was put at ease with the calming atmosphere and soothing music. My therapist was incredibly professional and took the time to discuss my needs and concerns before beginning the massage. The pressure was perfect, and my therapist was able to work out all of the knots and tension. She was attentive to my feedback throughout the session and was able to adjust the pressure and focus on areas where I needed extra attention. I left feeling like a completely new person! I cannot recommend Carolina enough! I can confidently say that this was the best massage I have ever had.

The owner Lauren is one of the most skilled body workers I have encountered as someone with many traumatic injuries and ongoing chronic pain Lauren is one of Vallejos hidden gems. Her studio moved and upgraded right before the pandemic hit. It's a nice clean remodeled space located right on Georgia Street near the water-front. I found Lauren 4 years ago after my suffered a severe neck injury in a freak car accident on hwy 80. The doctors wanted her to get surgery and epidural shots...we were scared to death about this option and sought out other alternatives ...I found Lauren through word of mouth and she was a godsend to my wife's recovery. It took more time than injections and surgery but through regular treatment with Lauren my wife avoided the surgery. It's been tough through the pandemic not getting monthly treatment...thankfully the Tune Up Massage studio is open in a comfortable safe environment and we are so grateful she was able to make it through 2020. There are other therapists that are highly skilled as well if you can't get a booking with Lauren. All covid precautions are in place and I was there for the first time in a year last week. Support your local small business during this tough time and give yourself some care...

I went for a 60 min Swedish massage with Joseph today and it was absolutely heavenly. Throughout the treatment Joseph was calm, polite, and provided so much care. He even showed me additional stretches I can do at home to target some of my more tense areas. As soon as I got home, I booked a session for next month! If you can, treat yourself to a massage and support this lovely local business.
